Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to ensure a pristine environment Handle various cleaning tasks such as floor care, chemical agent handling, and the use of cleaning equipment to maintain cleanliness standards Perform detailed sanitation of bathrooms, including disinfecting surfaces, sinks, toilets, and showers with appropriate chemical agents while adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) guidelines Manage heavy lifting tasks when moving furniture or supplies safely and efficiently in compliance with hotel housekeeping management protocols Follow hotel emergency procedures promptly and accurately in case of incidents or safety concerns Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, supply usage, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper maintenance Skills Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles with strong janitorial expertise Skilled in floor cleaning techniques, including vacuuming and floor care procedures Knowledge of chemical handling procedures and safety data sheets (SDS) to ensure safe use of cleaning agents Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude towards guests and team members Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, bending, reaching, and prolonged standing or walking Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment at all times Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality by ensuring every guest's stay is comfortable, clean, and memorable.
