Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively for various surfaces and floor types Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to keep floors spotless and well-maintained Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique to ensure safety Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments Perform outdoor work when necessary, such as cleaning patios or outdoor furniture, ensuring the exterior of the property is tidy Document completed tasks accurately and report any maintenance issues or client concerns promptly Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques is advantageous Experience using various cleaning equipment and detergents safely and effectively is desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Knowledge of sanitation standards, cleaning procedures, and outdoor work experience will be beneficial Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us in delivering exceptional residential cleaning services that leave homes sparkling!
