Job Description

As a Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our establishment. Responsibilities include assisting housekeepers with making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, and ensuring all areas are tidy. The ideal candidate is diligent, organized, and works well in a team. Essential Job Functions:
Greet guests upon interaction with a warm and friendly greeting. Change bed linens and vacuum room after housekeeper has cleaned the rest of the room. Notify managers concerning the need for repairs in guest rooms. Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found policy. Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards. Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. Ensure overall guest satisfaction. Perform other duties as requested by management. Additional compensation per room completed correctly and efficiently. High School diploma preferred. Understand and communicate in English. Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, and weekends. Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching and use of cleaning chemicals.
