Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure proper floor care techniques are applied to maintain the appearance and longevity of flooring materials. Handle laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary. Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. Skills Proven experience in housekeeping management or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment. Experience working in hotel environments is a plus. Ability to clean effectively while paying attention to detail. Proficient in floor care methods for various surfaces. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
