Overview We are a professional cleaning company serving Miami-Dade and Southern Broward, providing vacation rental and residential cleaning services for properties ranging from one-bedroom apartments to 12-bedroom luxury homes. Duties Perform thorough walkthroughs of vacation rental properties before and after each cleaning. Document property conditions, maintenance concerns, damages, and supply levels. Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and designated outdoor spaces. Complete tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, floor care, disinfecting, and sanitizing. Prepare each property according to company standards and ensure it is clean, welcoming, and guest-ready. Use mobile applications to follow cleaning checklists, document completed tasks, upload photos, and report issues. Use our biodegradable and environmentally conscious cleaning products safely and responsibly. Review and follow Safety Data Sheets (SDS), product instructions, and company safety protocols. Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized and stored properly. Communicate promptly with management regarding maintenance concerns, damages, missing items, or other property issues. Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with guests, homeowners, and property managers. Experience and Qualifications Previous janitorial, custodial, residential, or hospitality cleaning experience is a plus. Vacation rental, Airbnb, hotel housekeeping, or residential cleaning experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with housekeeping procedures and property preparation standards is a plus. Experience using vacuums, floor buffers, and other professional cleaning equipment is helpful. Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning best practices is preferred. Ability and willingness to follow product instructions, SDS guidelines, and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and complete each property efficiently. Comfortable using mobile applications to follow checklists, upload photos, and document completed work. Dependable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently or collaboratively. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow with the company.
