Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation of all rooms and surfaces. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures following health standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment. Operate various cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning detergents safely to maintain cleanliness standards. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting, outdoor work, and furniture moving with proper technique to prevent injury. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping services. Maintain organized cleaning schedules, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity throughout each shift. Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments, including janitorial or custodial roles. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, surface sanitation, floor care, carpet cleaning, and equipment operation. Ability to handle cleaning detergents safely while adhering to health and safety regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Physical stamina for outdoor work, heavy lifting, manual handling, and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
