We are a premium residential cleaning company serving Broward and south Palm Beach County. We bring the clients, the schedule, and the pricing. You bring the skill and the kit. You work as an independent contractor, set your own availability, and get paid weekly. We don't cut corners. We clean them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleans
• Work from our detailed checklists: top to bottom, dry to wet, back to front
• Use the right product for the surface: pH-neutral on stone and wood, an acid on lime scale, never bleach on minerals
• Keep color-coded microfiber separated between kitchen and bathroom, with a fresh set for every house
• Walk the job with the client before you leave. Anything missed gets fixed before you go
• Call us, never the client, if the scope does not match what was assigned

WHAT WE OFFER

• $30 to $35 per hour equivalent. We pay a flat fee per job, agreed before you accept it. Fast, experienced cleaners land at the high end
• Weekly pay against your submitted invoice
• Steady, repeat clients. You never have to find your own work
• You choose your days and your availability
• A paid test clean on your first job, so we both see the fit before anyone commits

WHAT YOU NEED

• 2+ years of professional house cleaning experience
• 18 or older, with a government-issued photo ID
• Your own supplies, equipment, and reliable transportation
• General liability insurance, or willingness to get a policy before your first regular route
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• A smartphone. Scheduling runs through an app and paperwork is signed on your phone

WHAT

WE EXPECT IN THE CAR ON DAY ONE

• Stainless steel cleaner or polish
• pH-neutral wood floor cleaner
• pH-neutral stone and marble cleaner
• All-purpose degreaser, glass cleaner, acidic toilet bowl cleaner, disinfectant, non-scratch soft scrub
• 20 or more color-coded microfiber towels, a clean set for every house
• A good, clean vacuum with working attachments
• A cart or caddy so everything moves in one trip
• Microfiber mop (not a wet string mop), toilet brush, pumice stick, grout brush
• Extendable duster, step stool, gloves, heavy-duty trash bags, shoe covers

NICE TO HAVE, NOT REQUIRED

• Post-construction experience and the gear for it: shop vac, HEPA vac, razor scrapers, air mover
• A two-person cleaning team for larger jobs

JOB DETAILS
