Job Description

Office Manager Position:

Office Manager

Location:

Coral Springs, FL

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Pay:

$24.00-$26.50 per hour (based on experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing office. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, managing priorities, and ensuring the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and capable of keeping the team organized while providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.

Respond to emails promptly and professionally.

Follow up with clients to ensure excellent customer service and timely communication.

Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects are completed on schedule.

Keep the team informed, organized, and accountable for assigned responsibilities.

Prioritize urgent matters and adjust workloads as business needs change.

Maintain office organization, records, and administrative processes.

Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative duties.

Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and implement solutions.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or in a similar leadership role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership skills with the confidence to take ownership of office operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to support the team.

Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
