Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Room Attendant to join our hospitality team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service will ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment Perform detailed cleaning of bathrooms, including disinfecting fixtures, mirrors, and surfaces to uphold sanitation standards Handle laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, and stairwells by sweeping, mopping, and dusting Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines Conduct window cleaning and pressure washing as needed to keep exterior surfaces spotless Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to cleaning supplies or furniture movement using proper manual handling techniques Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, especially in commercial or hospitality environments Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, pressure washers, floor care machines, and chemical handling is advantageous Knowledge of sanitation procedures, infection control practices, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is essential Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or specialized floor care enhances your ability to perform the role effectively Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and team members Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
