Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment safely and effectively to clean surfaces and fixtures Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances with proper technique Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained in good condition and stored properly Follow safety protocols related to janitorial and custodial work, including outdoor work when necessary Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued Demonstrated ability in floor cleaning, carpet care, and outdoor work environments Familiarity with cleaning surfaces using various techniques and tools, including cleaning detergents and specialized equipment Proven skills in customer service with strong communication abilities for client interaction Experience managing housekeeping tasks independently or within a team setting Knowledge of sanitation standards, heavy lifting practices, and manual handling safety measures Ability to prioritize tasks effectively through strong time management skills Join us if you're passionate about creating spotless spaces with energy and precision!
