The Utility Steward will be responsible for completing special cleaning projects as assigned, following hotel specifications and standards. This role will include cleaning and maintaining equipment and dishwashing/kitchen/cafeteria/compactor/storage areas, while assisting in other stewarding functions as assigned. We have a Full-Time opening available. This role is a P.M. position, and all candidates must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings/overnight. Work Schedule — 5:00 P.M. to 1:00 A.M. (Full and open availability preferred)
