Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cleaning, custodial services, and hospitality operations, demonstrating a commitment to creating welcoming and pristine spaces for guests and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive Resident experience through meticulous attention to detail and professional service. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of Residents apartments, public areas, and other spaces throughout the building, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained. Care for flooring through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques to preserve appearance and safety. Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure operational efficiency. Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety standards in accordance with hospitality industry regulations. Assist with laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution. Maintain organized storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment, adhering to janitorial best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services within a hospitality or industrial setting. Prior hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with guest service standards. Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, stripping, and waxing floors. Strong understanding of sanitation procedures and safety regulations in cleaning environments. Experience with housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus, indicating leadership capabilities. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and prolonged periods of activity.
