Based on Experience A wonderful private family in Palm Beach, Florida is seeking an experienced, polished, and detail-oriented Full-Time Live-Out Housekeeper to join their established household team. The household consists of two adults and two young children and is fully staffed, including a Baby Nurse and two rotational nannies. The Housekeeper will primarily be responsible for maintaining the residence to an exceptional standard while also bringing warmth, initiative, and a strong sense of presentation to the home.

This is an especially unique long-term opportunity for someone seeking an excellent work-life balance. The primary working season is October through May, with June, July, August, and September off with pay, aside from limited responsibilities outlined below.

The Housekeeper will be off and fully paid during these four months.

During this period, the family may request that the Housekeeper stop by the Palm Beach residence approximately one day per week to check on the home and make sure everything is in order. The family would also like the Housekeeper to be available to travel to their other residence for approximately two weeks to assist with getting the home settled and organized for the family's arrival.

Housekeeping ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate should be highly experienced in all aspects of private-home housekeeping, including:

• Detailed daily and deep cleaning
• Maintaining bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Making and changing beds
• Laundry, ironing, steaming, folding, and wardrobe care
• Proper care of fine furnishings, surfaces, linens, and household items
• Closet, pantry, and household organization
• Maintaining household supplies and notifying the family when items need to be replenished
• Keeping the home consistently organized, polished, and guest-ready
• Seasonal organization and preparation
• Assisting with unpacking, organizing, and settling the family's additional residence
• Working collaboratively and respectfully alongside the family's existing household staff.

Cooking & Presentation- The family would especially love someone who genuinely enjoys cooking and is comfortable preparing fresh, attractive meals and snacks. The Mrs. would love someone who has a little style, creativity, and flair and takes pride in the small details that make a home feel beautiful.

This could include:

• Preparing simple, fresh family meals
• Beautifully preparing and presenting fruit, snacks, and light meals
• Setting an elegant table for family meals or entertaining
• Creating simple flower arrangements
• Understanding proper table settings and presentation
• Helping prepare the home when the family is entertaining
• Bringing a thoughtful, polished touch to everyday household presentation- This is not simply a cleaning position—the family is looking for someone who understands the art of maintaining a beautiful home and notices the details without needing to be directed. The family is offering an unusually attractive annual schedule: Four months off with pay — June, July, August, and September. During those months, there may be approximately one day per week checking on the Palm Beach residence, along with approximately two weeks of travel to assist with settling the family's other residence. Because the position already provides approximately four paid months away from the regular Monday-Friday schedule each year, the family will additionally offer paid sick days. Pay:

$65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
