Independent House Cleaner — recurring routes in Pinecrest and Kendall Tidy is a subscription home-services company serving Pinecrest (33156), Kendall (33183) and Kendall West (33186). Homeowners pay us a monthly subscription, and we send the same cleaner to their home on the same day, every week or every other week. We're looking for an experienced house cleaner to be our first route cleaner. We find the customers and handle scheduling, customer communication and billing. You focus on the clean.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Paid per completed visit, set by the size of the home — the same rate whether the customer is weekly, every other week or monthly. Up to 2 bedrooms — $56 per visit (about 2.2 hours) 3 bedrooms — $76 per visit (about 3.1 hours) 4 bedrooms — $112 per visit (about 4.5 hours) That works out to about $24-$25 an hour on the job. Add-ons such as inside the oven or fridge pay 40% of the add-on price on top. Paid every Friday by direct deposit for every visit you finished that week.

YOUR ROUTE A

full route is 20-25 homes, close together — about two a day, roughly $3,300 a month. We're launching, so the first month is part-time while the route builds, and it grows every month from there. As our first cleaner, you get every cleaning customer we sign.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Clean customer homes on a fixed recurring schedule: kitchens and bathrooms, surfaces, vacuuming and mopping, dusting and tidying. Follow a simple checklist, upload before-and-after photos, and mark the job complete.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in English and Spanish Comfortable reading and replying to texts — routes and gate codes come by message Live within about 20 minutes of Pinecrest House cleaning experience Your own reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver's license Your own cleaning supplies and equipment Pass a background check — we pay for it Your own general liability insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate, naming Tidy Home Concierge LLC as additional insured), active before your first paid visit. It usually runs $25-60 a month, takes about ten minutes to buy online, and no LLC is required. We reimburse up to $50 a month toward it for your first three months.
