The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in assigned areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent service. Perform daily cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean windows and surfaces; and ensure all areas are tidy and organized. Change bed linens and towels; make beds and restock supplies as needed. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages to management. Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals. Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and clothing as required. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify management of any issues with equipment. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, addressing their needs and requests with a positive attitude. Perform additional tasks as needed to ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of the environment. Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
