The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and service, with responsibilities that include cleaning, organizing, and providing exceptional customer service. A minimum experience of 1 year. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain cleanliness in hallways and public areas of the hotel. Follow established housekeeping procedures and safety protocols. Assist with deep cleaning projects as needed, including industrial cleaning tasks. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
