This is not a position for a cleaning company or rotating crew. We are looking for one person who would like to become a consistent, trusted part of our household and hopefully remain with our family for years to come. Responsibilities Thorough cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common spaces Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and general household upkeep Making beds and changing linens Complete laundry care: washing, drying, folding, hanging, and putting clothing away in the proper closets, drawers, and designated spaces Keeping closets, clothing, linens, and the laundry area neat and organized Organizing the pantry, kitchen cabinets and drawers, bathroom storage, closets, and other household spaces Making sure household items are returned to their proper places Light patio and outdoor-area cleaning, including outdoor rugs, entryways, front and back door areas, outdoor fans, furniture, and the area surrounding the pool Occasional deeper cleaning and organizational projects Pet Care & House Sitting Must be comfortable with dogs and pets.

Responsibilities may occasionally include:

Feeding and walking the dog Basic pet care Dog sitting and house sitting when we travel Bringing in mail and packages and keeping the home secure, clean, and cared for while we are away Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Dependable, punctual, honest, and highly trustworthy Organized and detail-oriented Proactive and able to notice what needs attention without always being told Comfortable working independently in a private home Respectful of our family's privacy and confidentiality Comfortable with pets Interested in a stable, long-term position Able to maintain a drug- and alcohol-free environment while working, house sitting, or caring for our pets Previous experience as a private housekeeper, household assistant, house manager, residential housekeeper, or professional organizer is preferred.
