Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Turndown Attendant The Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences | Full-Time | 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM Join our luxury hospitality team and help create an exceptional guest experience at The Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences. We're looking for a friendly, attentive Turndown Attendant to refresh guestrooms, deliver guest requests, and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
What You'll Do:
Prepare and complete nightly turndown service Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver guest laundry Maintain clean, organized hallways, closets, and public areas Report maintenance concerns and handle Lost & Found items properly Prepare housekeeping supplies and carts for the next day Provide warm, courteous, and professional service to every guest
What We're Looking For:
Previous hotel or housekeeping experience preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Schedule:
