Job Overview We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter/Housekeeper to provide attentive childcare and maintain a clean, organized home environment. This role involves engaging with children of various ages, ensuring their safety and well-being, while also assisting with household chores. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, reliable, and experienced in childcare and household management. Prior experience with children, including infants and toddlers, is highly valued. Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote development and fun Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, including during playtime, meals, and naps Perform light housekeeping duties related to child care, including laundry, tidying up toys, and maintaining a clean play area Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for children as needed Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies or health concerns Support children with educational activities or teaching moments to encourage learning Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, needs, or any concerns Assist with caregiving tasks for children with disabilities or special needs if required Experience Prior experience in babysitting, nannying, daycare work, or caregiving roles involving children of various ages Experience working with children who have disabilities or special needs is a plus Certifications in first aid or CPR are highly desirable Background in teaching or caregiving roles that involve nurturing and supervising children Demonstrated ability to work well with people of all ages in a compassionate and professional manner
