Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, floor polishing, and maintenance of various flooring types. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work to clean patios, decks, or outdoor furniture as needed. Maintain cleanliness of surfaces such as countertops, appliances, bathroom fixtures, and furniture with attention to detail. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service while managing schedules efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial roles with knowledge of cleaning surfaces and equipment. Familiarity with cleaning procedures including sanitation standards, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and outdoor cleaning tasks. Ability to handle manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and outdoor work requirements. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within scheduled timeframes. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Knowledge of cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper use of cleaning equipment.
