As a Housekeeper, you'll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and guests. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys making a positive difference in the lives of seniors. What You'll Do Clean and sanitize resident apartments and community common areas Maintain lobbies, hallways, dining areas, elevators, restrooms, and other public spaces Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, disinfect, and maintain floors and carpets Clean resident bathrooms and kitchens and maintain appliances and surfaces Change linens and make beds according to resident preferences Restock paper products, soap, sanitizer, and other supplies Safely use and properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment Use appropriate caution signs when cleaning floors Maintain cleaning schedules, logs, and documentation Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, chemical spills, or other issues to management Follow infection control, safety, fire, and emergency procedures Respond appropriately to resident emergencies and assist with evacuations when needed Build positive relationships with residents by providing friendly and respectful service Communicate resident concerns to management when appropriate Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Previous housekeeping or related experience preferred 3-6 months of related experience is a plus Dependable, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment Able to follow written and verbal instructions Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Comfortable working in a senior living environment Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical Requirements This is an active, hands-on position.

You should be able to:
