Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to maintain cleanliness mostly in guest rooms and order in our facilities. The ideal candidates will ensure that guest rooms, common areas, and other designated spaces are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment for guests and staff, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to established standards. Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels to ensure guest comfort. Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, windows, and surfaces. Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms. Follow safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage. Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management. Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing. Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards or industrial cleaning practices is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled shifts. Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shifts. Experience in custodial management or housekeeping supervision is a plus for supervisory roles.
