Promptly update the Front Desk and Executive Housekeeper on cleaned rooms, maintenance issues, room damage, or supply needs.

Provide Warm Hospitality:

Greet every guest with an authentic smile, answer questions promptly, and handle requests with courtesy and care.

Protect Guest Trust:

Safeguard master keys, respect guest privacy, and strictly adhere to lost-and-found security procedures.

Champion Safety:

Follow all safety, sanitation, and emergency protocols, complete required certifications, report hazards immediately, and uphold a polished, professional uniform standard. Support the

What You Bring Relevant Experience:

Background in housekeeping or commercial janitorial services (hotel or hospitality experience preferred). Sharp Eye for

Self-motivated mindset, able to take ownership of your floor independently while thriving in a supportive team crew.

Flexibility:

Availability to work rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays based on hotel occupancy. Physical Requirements Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to 50 lbs independently.

High physical stamina:

comfortable standing, walking, bending, stretching, twisting, and handling repetitive motion for the duration of your shift. Ability to climb stairs and navigate the entire property efficiently.
