Pay:
Most jobs average $35+/hour for experienced, efficient cleaners, with a guaranteed minimum of $26/hour. Pay is based on each completed job rather than a fixed hourly rate, so efficient cleaners have the opportunity to earn more. Some jobs may average $40/hour or more , depending on the size and type of service and how efficiently the job is completed. Most importantly, you will never average less than $26/hour on a completed job. If a job takes longer than anticipated and your job pay averages below $26/hour based on the time worked, we will adjust your pay to meet the $26/hour minimum. You should:
