Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and common areas, as well as managing laundry services to ensure that all linens and garments are impeccably cleaned and presented. This position is essential in providing our guests with a comfortable and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens, towels, and other items according to established protocols. Manage dry cleaning services for guests as needed, ensuring timely pickup and delivery. Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow. Adhere to health and safety standards while performing cleaning duties. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services, preferably in a hotel environment. Knowledge of proper laundering techniques and dry cleaning processes is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with guests and staff professionally.
