Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of hygiene and comfort for our guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a pristine environment. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory to ensure adequate stock levels for daily operations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns professionally. Requirements Previous experience in industrial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred. Knowledge of hospitality standards and practices within hotel settings is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning products is beneficial. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
