The Commercial Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of commercial facilities. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team while providing exceptional service to clients. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, and common areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum. Dust furniture, fixtures, blinds, windowsills, and other surfaces. Empty trash and recycling receptacles and replace liners. Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces. Restock restroom and kitchen supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, soap, etc.). Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums etc. Follow company procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment safely. Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged property to the supervisor. Secure facilities by locking doors and setting alarms when required. Maintain company equipment and ensure supplies are stocked and organized. Provide courteous and professional customer service while on client sites.

Pay:

$9.50 - $10.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
