The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Duties Perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance. Clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens and public areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Assist with laundry services when necessary. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Perform small maintenance duties Stay in radio contact with the front desk for request from guest. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred but not required. Knowledge of custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques is advantageous. Familiarity with floor care procedures and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Must be physically able to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. A positive attitude towards customer service and hospitality.
