Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team, providing exceptional cleaning services for both commercial and residential clients. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, ensuring our clients' spaces are spotless, and welcoming. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and customer service skills will help us deliver outstanding results and build lasting relationships with our clients. This position offers flexibilty in the afternoons, but requires early mornings starting as early as 6:30. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health standards are met or exceeded Use appropriate cleaning equipment that we supply Conduct outdoor work on porches as needed. Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high-quality standards Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and address any special requests or concerns Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Ability to manage time efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality Physical stamina for carrying supplies Attention to detail Prior experience in housekeeper management or custodial roles is advantageous Ability to work as part of a team Join our team today to help create pristine spaces that leave a lasting impression!
