The Oaks by Windham located in Macon, GA is currently seeking a part-time weekend Housekeeping Aide to assist with the upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to multitask effectively. Summary As a Housekeeping Aide, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our facility. Your core responsibilities will include cleaning, floor care, and commercial cleaning to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including collecting and disposing of trash throughout resident rooms and common areas, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Ensure proper floor care by buffing and polishing surfaces as needed. Assist with custodial duties in both residential and commercial settings, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report maintenance issues or supply needs. Support facilities maintenance by performing minor repairs and upkeep tasks as required.
