Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to uphold high cleanliness standards Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic environments Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring integrity and appearance Utilize janitorial equipment safely and effectively for cleaning surfaces, floors, carpets, and outdoor areas as needed Manage manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or supplies with proper techniques to prevent injury Communicate professionally with clients regarding their cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns Follow time management practices to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards Skills Proven experience in residential or custodial cleaning with knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards Strong understanding of cleaning equipment operation and maintenance Ability to perform outdoor work efficiently when required for exterior cleaning or yard upkeep Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Skilled in dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and using cleaning detergents effectively Knowledge of laundry processes including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and stain removal techniques Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, and prolonged periods of standing or walking Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of duties Experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus but not required Join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant where your dedication transforms spaces into pristine environments!
