Position Details:

Part-time hours Weekend rotation required Flexible scheduling based on hotel needs About the Role As a Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall presentation of our hotel. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction and helps uphold the reputation we're proud of. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas Ensure rooms meet hotel standards through thorough inspection Perform laundry duties (washing, folding, stocking) Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly Respond to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy Assist with light maintenance tasks (e.g., changing light bulbs, cleaning filters) Follow all safety, sanitation, and company procedures Qualifications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and time management skills Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment (preferred) Customer-focused with a friendly, professional attitude Basic English communication skills What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player with a willingness to help others Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction Why Join Hotel Winneshiek?
