Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, restrooms, and hallways using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are sanitized and maintained to high standards of cleanliness Follow established protocols for waste disposal, sanitation procedures, and environmental services to promote health and safety Conduct routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to preserve flooring quality Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning agents, and linens to ensure operational efficiency Adhere to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or requested by management Requirements Prior custodial or janitorial experience in commercial or healthcare settings is highly preferred Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to cleaning and environmental services Experience with floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, or carpet cleaning is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures precisely Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Join us in creating a pristine environment that promotes health, safety, and comfort!
