Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment Maintain high standards of floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure spotless surfaces Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and amenities to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to uphold health regulations and prevent contamination Assist with special cleaning projects, including industrial cleaning tasks or deep cleans of carpets and upholstery when needed Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to ensure swift resolution and continuous quality standards Support team efforts by managing custodial supplies inventory and ensuring all cleaning tools are well-maintained Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles with a focus on quality service Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation for various surfaces Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred, demonstrating familiarity with guest-focused service standards Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and efficiently in diverse environments Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts comfortably Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly Join us in creating inviting spaces that leave lasting impressions!
