All In The Family Cleaning Services is a growing local cleaning company serving the Treasure Valley, and we're looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaning professionals to join our team! Our company provides a variety of cleaning services , including Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers, residential cleaning, apartment turnovers, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Applicants must be comfortable performing all types of cleaning assignments—we are not hiring for Airbnb-only positions. Who We're Looking For Dependable and reliable Strong attention to detail Takes pride in their work Comfortable with everything from detailed Airbnb turnovers and staging to heavier apartment and move-out cleans Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation Smartphone and good communication skills Comfortable with a physically active job Cleaning experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Weekend/Sunday availability is highly desired Schedule This is an independent contractor position with varying days and workloads based on our cleaning schedule. Many assignments take place between approximately 10 AM-4 PM , although times may vary depending on the job. Compensation This is a pay-per-job position, not an hourly position. Compensation is established for each cleaning assignment based on the property and scope of work. We're building a dependable team as our company continues to grow.
