You must have a reliable vehicle and be able to drive to Boise, meridian, Caldwell and surrounding areas for all of your cleaning jobs and be very reliable and a self starter as you would be working alone on a regular basis Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and cleaning windows to high standards. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure safe and hygienic environments for clients. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely while maintaining their proper functioning. Maintain excellent client communication by understanding their specific needs and providing friendly, professional service. Clean background check Reliable Transportation Experience Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, janitorial work, or custodial roles is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning supplies, detergents, equipment operation, and safety protocols ensures effective service delivery. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client homes. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during tasks like moving furniture or handling large supplies. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients about their expectations and feedback.
