Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, and Nampa. We book the clients, set the scope of each job, and handle client scheduling and billing. We're looking for experienced house cleaners who want steady, well-paid cleaning work as independent contractors (1099). How it works

• Available jobs are sent to you through our scheduling app. You choose which jobs to accept based on your schedule and the areas you cover, and you can decline any job that doesn't fit.
• Every job comes with a clear scope and client notes, so you know what's expected before you arrive.
• You run your own work: your own schedule, your own basic supplies and equipment, and your own methods, to our quality standard. Pay
• You're paid per completed job, as a share of the job price. Solo cleaners start at a 50% share and move to a 60% share after 20 completed cleans with no incidents (no negative client feedback, late arrivals, or redos).
• This typically works out to $25 to $40 per hour, depending on your efficiency and the size of the job. It is not a guaranteed hourly wage.
• Your first job with us is a paid test clean. What the work includes
• Recurring and one-time residential cleans, including kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Occasional deep cleans and some light commercial cleaning
• Following each client's preferences and the scope for that job
• Clear, on-time communication through the app or by text What we're looking for
• At least 1 year of residential cleaning experience (your own clients, a cleaning company, or similar)
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment
• General liability insurance, or willingness to get it before ongoing work
• Background check required before your first job
• Respect for clients' homes, attention to detail, and reliability
• Able to cover Boise, Meridian, or Eagle (Star and Nampa are a plus) Hiring process 1.
