The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing various types of flooring. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment. Manage custodial duties such as trash removal, restroom sanitation, and kitchen cleaning. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in good condition. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. Provide housekeeping management services as required, ensuring all areas are organized and tidy. Assist with cooking or meal preparation if needed during cleaning visits. Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is a plus. Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
