Job Overview We are seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Residential House Cleaners. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining clients' homes and small offices to our company's high standards.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License Up to date Car Insurance Must be at least 18 years old

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms, and other general household cleaning tasks Follow client-specific instructions and checklists to ensure complete satisfaction Handle cleaning products safely and efficiently Maintain a positive, professional attitude with clients and coworkers Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning Respect clients' homes and privacy at all times Work independently or as part of a team

Qualifications:

Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required — we will train the right candidates Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work Excellent time management and organizational skills Dependable and punctual Good communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods

Schedule & Pay:

Flexible scheduling; shifts available Monday through Friday, occasional weekends may be requested Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for raises and bonuses All supplies and equipment provided
