Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety standards are met or exceeded Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and janitorial tools effectively and safely Maintain floors through proper cleaning techniques such as sweeping, mopping, and floor care treatments to preserve their appearance and longevity Manage outdoor work responsibilities like patio cleaning or outdoor surface maintenance when required Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide exceptional customer service Handle heavy lifting with proper manual handling techniques to move furniture or equipment safely Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning methods, carpet cleaning, and floor care products Familiarity with cleaning detergents and sanitization products to ensure effective hygiene practices Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during each shift Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs Experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is a plus Knowledge of outdoor work safety procedures and experience working outside is advantageous Skilled in the use of various cleaning equipment and tools for diverse surfaces and environments We are looking For someone who can be flexible and available between 8 Am to 3 Pm, Monday through Saturday for various cleaning appointments. This does not mean you will be working 8-3 Monday- Saturday , this is just the general time where the majority of our various appointments are scheduled. This is a part time, independent contractor opportunity which allows you to keep your current job or have extensive opportunities to work various cleaning appointments with us!

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
