Independent Cleaning Contractor - Prime Finish Cleaning Prime Finish Cleaning is looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent cleaning contractors to complete residential cleaning jobs in their local area. This is a subcontracted, independent contractor opportunity , not a traditional hourly employee position. Prime Finish Cleaning handles finding and scheduling customers, while our contractors perform the cleaning services. Contractors are paid an agreed-upon percentage or rate for each completed job. Responsibilities Perform high-quality residential cleaning services Arrive on time for scheduled cleaning appointments Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other requested areas Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and complete other standard cleaning tasks Communicate professionally with Prime Finish Cleaning and customers when necessary Follow job instructions and maintain a high standard of cleanliness Provide dependable and consistent service What We're Looking For Reliable and trustworthy individuals or cleaning professionals Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently without direct supervision Professional attitude and good communication Reliable transportation to and from cleaning locations Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but not required Ability to provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment may be required depending on the job Compensation This is an independent contractor position . Contractors are compensated on a per-job basis and receive an agreed-upon portion of the revenue from each cleaning job completed.
