Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures to ensure a spotless environment Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and floor polishers with precision and safety awareness Implement proper cleaning and sanitation protocols for all surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items for clients Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely while adhering to proper handling techniques Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or entryways, ensuring a tidy exterior appearance Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with knowledge of janitorial and custodial practices Familiarity with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and floor care products to ensure effective sanitation Hands-on experience with various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, carpet cleaners, mops, and buffers Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple client locations Ability to perform outdoor work when necessary, demonstrating flexibility in different environments Excellent client communication skills to understand needs clearly and deliver personalized service Previous experience in commercial or heavy-duty cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific procedures Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, comfortable living spaces while delivering exceptional service!
