Full Job Description Hours:

Part Time-30 hours per week Reports to:

Site Manager Pay:

$14 per hour Non-exempt Housekeeper works under the supervision of site management. The housekeeper is responsible for creating a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors of the Rise. Company Overview Middle Way House, INC has been dedicated to providing vital services to individuals in crisis since 1971. Our organization offers comprehensive support for survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, stalking, and human trafficking across multiple counties, empowering those in need through a wide range of programs and resources. Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Rise Housekeeping team member to join our dedicated staff. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. Your efforts will directly contribute to the comfort and safety of those we serve while supporting the smooth operation of our facilities. Below is an example schedule to go by while understanding that other duties may take priority. Monday 1st floor and bathroom Sweep and mop Tuesday 2nd floor Sweep and mop Wednesday 3rd floor Sweep and mop Thursday 4th floor and stairwells Sweep and mop Friday 1st floor and bathroom Sweep and mop Responsibilities (included but not limited to):

• Check-in with Site Manager daily.
• Trash pickup outside daily and empty outdoor cigarette butt disposal as needed.
• Trash removal each floor daily.
• Laundry Rooms
• sweep/mop, empty trash, wipe table and machines down as needed.
• Stairwells
• Sweep and mop as needed.
• Elevator
• Sweep and wipe down daily.
• Vacuum rugs as needed.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Inform site manager when supplies are low.
• Launder cleaning supplies.
• Aid in cleaning front desk and youth program areas.
