What the Job Is Really Like We don't want to sugarcoat it: professional house cleaning is physically demanding. You'll scrub bathrooms, vacuum, mop, dust, make beds, bend, reach, move throughout the day, and clean entire homes. We don't do quick surface cleans or rotation cleaning. Our clients choose us because we're thorough. Every client has a customized work order , and you're expected to complete it to our standards. Right The 1st Time is a luxury residential cleaning company . Our technicians are trained to clean thoroughly every visit—not rotate tasks from cleaning to cleaning. We scrub sinks, tubs and showers rather than simply wiping them down. We use detail brushes as part of our regular cleaning process, follow customized work orders for each home, and finish with our quality-control process before leaving. We primarily use a solo-cleaning model . Once trained, you'll develop your own schedule of recurring clients who get to know and trust you in their homes. Schedule & Driving This is a full-time Monday-Friday position , generally during daytime business hours. Our goal is to build efficient routes for our technicians. We try to keep technicians working approximately 15-20 miles from home and around 10 miles between client homes whenever possible.
