We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Full-Time Cleaner/Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our apartment community. This position is responsible for cleaning common areas, preparing vacant units for new residents, maintaining property grounds and entrances, and assisting with general property cleanliness. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, pays close attention to detail, and can manage daily responsibilities with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include:

Clean hallways, stairwells, entrances, laundry rooms, offices, and other common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean windows and surfaces Clean and sanitize bathrooms and shared spaces Perform detailed cleaning of vacant apartments to ensure they are move-in ready Clean kitchens, appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, floors, windows, and baseboards Pick up trash and debris around buildings and property grounds Maintain dumpster and exterior common areas Monitor the property throughout the day for areas needing attention Report maintenance issues, damages, leaks, pests, or safety concerns Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications:

Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Able to work independently without constant supervision Strong attention to detail Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, use stairs, and lift cleaning supplies throughout the workday Reliable transportation

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
