Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and outdoor work as needed Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and specialized floor care techniques Use janitorial and custodial experience to handle heavy lifting safely during the movement of furniture or large items Ensure all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with sanitation protocols Operate cleaning equipment responsibly while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and outdoor work environments Communicate effectively to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service Manage time efficiently to complete daily tasks within designated schedules while maintaining high-quality standards Experience Proven experience in residential housekeeping or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and the use of various cleaning equipment and detergents Previous outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior spaces or patios Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and manage manual handling tasks effectively Excellent client communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence Knowledge of sanitation standards and janitorial best practices to ensure a hygienic environment Experience in managing multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills Join us as a Housekeeper if you're passionate about creating pristine living spaces while delivering outstanding service.
