Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed to promote a safe and healthy environment for residents or guests Provide excellent customer service by addressing specific cleaning requests and responding promptly to client needs Manage janitorial supplies inventory, restocking as needed to ensure all cleaning tasks can be completed effectively Assist with housekeeping management tasks in larger facilities or hotels by coordinating schedules and supervising other staff members Qualifications Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with janitorial supplies and equipment maintenance Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, welcoming spaces!
