The Team Lead at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Northern Indiana Corridor (BGCNIC) plays a critical role in ensuring that each Club site delivers a consistent, engaging, high-quality program experience every day. Working closely with the Site Coordinator/Club Director, the Team Lead is responsible for helping design, organize, communicate, facilitate, implement, and adjust the daily programming schedule and ensuring that all site staff consistently follow the established schedule. The Team Lead helps translate BGCNIC's program priorities into strong daily execution by ensuring members are appropriately grouped, staff are assigned to program areas, materials are prepared, transitions run smoothly, and scheduled activities are delivered as intended. The Team Lead also works closely with BGCNIC's Programming Team and Grants Program Coordinator to ensure the site is implementing required Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) programs, grant-funded initiatives, curricula, assessments, attendance expectations, and other program requirements with fidelity. In addition to program leadership, the Team Lead supports site administration, staff leadership, member engagement, safety, and partnership management. The Team Lead serves as a key on-site leader, supports and coaches Youth Development Professionals (YDPs), and may assume site leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Site Coordinator/Club Director. BGCNIC serves approximately 3,000 children ages 5-18 at sites across northern Indiana through summer, before-school, and after-school programming, with a strong focus on social and emotional development, college and workforce readiness, academic enrichment, healthy lifestyles, and providing every young person with opportunities to reach their full potential.
