ob Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial & residential settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaning Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all occupants. We are currently looking for dependable part-time cleaners to join our team. Most mornings and daytime hours, occasional evening opportunities may be available. Approximately 10-15 hours per week or more. This job is great for someone that is looking to earn extra income with a flexible part-time schedule. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention or maintenance. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
