requirements Manage inspection, testing, measurement systems, and capability studies Lead customer and supplier communications regarding quality-related issues Review quality trends, customer complaints, and corrective action effectiveness Participate in APQP activities and support new product launches through production implementation Develop and review quality-related standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions Drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency Support company objectives related to safety, compliance, and environmental stewardship Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing or production environment Strong knowledge of quality systems, auditing processes, and manufacturing quality standards Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent written, verbal, leadership, and organizational skills Preferred Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Mathematics, or related field 7+ years of Quality Management experience in a plastic injection molding environment Automotive manufacturing experience
